Append means add the current text to whatever there is in the clipboard.
This is an extension to the scrp standard.

You don't expect us to re-document the whole AES, do you? The scrp library
is a well documented part of the OS. Just follow the dev docs or get the
Compendium. I don't think it will be fair to Scott to type in pages from
his book. If Scott wants to he can do it himself. Do you have the Atari dev
docs?
